Mental HealthTherapy

unnamed.jpg

Since co-founding Liberating Jasper in 2018, I have worked with hundreds of clients towards embodying a fuller expression of self through cultivating a connection to their inner voice, body, mind and spirit. With a lifetime of work in social activism and nearly 20 years experience as a clinical therapist, I find inspiration in supporting others on their journey towards freedom and liberation using a trauma-informed and inclusive social justice lens. My training includes a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, certifications from the Center for Body Trust, the Deep Body Institute, and EMDR International Association. As a midlife neurodivergent single mom who has healed my own body image issues and eating disorder, I bring my lived experience, humility, expertise, compassion, and humor while walking alongside you on your path back home to self.
